1.5 Right to Refuse Service
LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders if the customer’s conduct is deemed harmful or in violation of applicable laws.

2. Training Course & Academy Terms

2.1 Definitions

  • Agreement: Contract between the Customer and LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd for the purchase of Training.
  • Charges: Fees payable by the Customer for Training, per clause 5.
  • Customer: Person purchasing Training from LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd.
  • Training: Services provided by LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd, online or in-person.
  • Training Materials: Includes both hard and soft copies of materials provided by LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd.

2.2 Acceptance of Booking

  • Confirmation is sent upon acceptance of a booking.
  • Payment must be made before confirmation is issued.

2.3 Supply of Training

  • LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change training dates, presenters, or cancel training. Customers will be informed and may cancel without penalty.

2.4 Customer’s Obligations

  • Customers may not transfer accounts, record Training, or reproduce Training Materials without written permission.
  • Breaches may result in revoked membership and potential legal action.

3. Charges and Payment

3.1 Payment Process

  • Payment must be made as directed by LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd.
  • Online bookings require payment as per website instructions.

3.2 Failure to Pay

  • LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd may reallocate training slots or cancel the agreement if payment is not received on time.
  • Interest at 5% per year or the highest legal rate will apply to overdue amounts.

3.3 Non-Refundable Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable except if Training is canceled by LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd.

3.4 Taxes

  • Payments exclude any applicable taxes, which the Customer must cover.
  • Payments should be made in full without deductions, except as required by law.

4. Limitations of Liability

  • LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd is not liable for losses or taxes incurred by the Customer related to the Training.
  • The Customer agrees to indemnify LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd for any claims or expenses incurred.

5. Termination

5.1 Grounds for Termination

  • LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd may terminate the agreement if the Customer fails to pay any due amounts.

5.2 Effects of Termination

  • Certain provisions of the Agreement will remain in effect post-termination.
  • Termination does not affect any rights or liabilities that accrued before the termination date.

6. Copyright

  • All content, including text, graphics, images, audio clips, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd or its content suppliers.
  • Content may only be used for personal information and shopping purposes.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or exploitation of content is prohibited.
