Gina是一位成功的企业家和新美业变革的创新者。她出生于大西北的一个小山村,从小就有着自命不凡的决心和雄心壮志,23岁便担任中国国际航空公司乘务长。由于对美业的忠爱,Gina毅然辞去父母眼里的“铁饭碗”工作,投身美业创业。

2017年5月1日,Gina在深圳南山创办了蓝蒂蔻集团。在短短的两年时间里,蓝蒂蔻集团迅速发展壮大,在全国范围内拥有7家直营店和38家加盟店。

2019年末,突如其来的疫情给蓝蒂蔻带来了巨大的冲击。面对线下门店经营困难的压力,Gina果断带领公司迅速调整战略,启动互联网转型,开创美业新商业模式的变革。通过线上社群课和网络直播,成功地吸引近万名粉丝,仅用了3个月时间就实现业绩倍增。在这个过程中,Gina更加确信,互联网就是下一个新美业的风口。

Gina is a successful entrepreneur and an innovator in the transformation of the new beauty industry. Born in a small village in the northwest of China, she had an extraordinary determination and ambition from a young age. At 23, she became a chief flight attendant at Air China. However, driven by her passion for the beauty industry, Gina made the bold decision to leave what her parents saw as a “secure job” and embarked on an entrepreneurial journey in the beauty sector.

On May 1, 2017, Gina founded LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd in Nanshan, Shenzhen. In just two short years, LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd rapidly expanded, opening seven directly-operated stores and 38 franchise stores across the country.

At the end of 2019, the sudden outbreak of the pandemic dealt a heavy blow to LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd. Faced with the challenges of running offline stores, Gina decisively led the company to swiftly adjust its strategy, initiating an internet transformation and driving the revolution of a new business model in the beauty industry. Through online community courses and live streaming, she successfully attracted nearly 10,000 followers, doubling the company’s revenue in just three months. During this process, Gina became even more convinced that the internet was the next big opportunity for the beauty industry.

In February 2020, to enable more people in the beauty industry to achieve business transformation in the era of the internet, LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd launched the Blue Plan education project. This initiative aimed to empower beauty industry professionals with the latest trends and cutting-edge culture, influencing and elevating more individuals in the field. The innovative courses, such as Traffic Warfare, Business Gravity System, IP Monetization Power, IP Expression Power, CEO Presence Training Camp, and Omnichannel Live Monetization, introduced a fresh internet mindset to beauty industry professionals and helped countless founders seize the short video traffic boom.

Together, they have driven innovation and growth in the women’s industry in China. To date, LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd has served over 50,000 students, empowered more than 300 startup brands, and garnered over 10 million followers across the internet.

Gina says, “The world is uncertain; the only constant is change.” To better adapt to changes and maintain a leading position, since 2021, LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd has undergone a series of adjustments and optimizations, focusing more intently on niche market segments. They have launched the beauty brand incubation projects Blue Jazz and Blue Bloodline, as well as the traffic industry incubation project Blue G E-commerce. Additionally, they created their own premium skincare brand FIOULI and the luxury fashion brand ARMOUR, providing high-quality supply chain services for the beauty industry.

Gina has said, “Innovation is not exclusive to people like Einstein or Jobs—we can do it too. But the failure rate of innovation will always far exceed the success rate, and yet, someone must carry out this mission. I just don’t want to wait for someone else to do it.” It is Gina’s vision and leadership that have made LandyCoo Gina Sdn Bhd a company at the forefront of industry development.
